Great way to see ponto verde in Maceió
Terrific. Even for a finicky American. We loved the breakfast! Beautiful, clean hotel. Competitive price. Convenient to live corals for snorkeling, my primary reason for selecting this location. Only observation about the premises is that the garage is small. During high travel season your spot may not be guaranteed, so check with the hotel staff. Staff gets 9/10 stars. Receptionists were great! Staff not perfect because of these 2 little things: -Management decided to replace flashing in our corridor during our visit in peak season. I'd suggest saving those disruptive upgrades for the off season. -pool cleaner kicked us out 30 minutes before posted closing time. That's a real disappointment for an 11-year old!

Café da manhã demorava muito para reposição das comidas e tudo acabava muito rápido. As cortinas do quarto não tampam o sol e o quarto fica muito claro mesmo de noite. Muito barulhento o quarto devido barulhos da rua e ar condicionado do meu quarto do primeiro andar era bastante barulhento.

Hotel muito bonito, localizado perto da Praia de Ponta Verde, você pode ir à pé a diversos lugares da região. O café da manhã servido é maravilhoso, com muita variedade e qualidade. Se você quiser fazer outras refeições o restaurante do hotel funciona até às 21:00 hs, com um atendimento excepcional por parte da equipe e uma comida deliciosa. Foi a nossa segunda vez no Tropicalis e foi uma experiência muito boa, estamos muito satisfeitos.

O hotel é bem localizado a apenas uma quadra da praia da Ponta Verde. Estadia foi boa! Pontos negativos: - Cheguei no Hotel e deparei com o quarto standart casal, sendo que eu tinha alugado casal vista mar, que tem diária mais cara média de R$100,00. Fiz a reclamação com a recepção e a Gerente Paula conseguiu resolver com o Hotéis.com apenas no dia seguinte.Segundo ela foi um erro do Hotéis.com divulgar foto antiga do quarto, sendo que eles disponibilizam a locação deste quarto apenas com o próprio Hotel. - Internet horrível, me passaram duas redes de wi-fi e não funcionava, mal conseguia abrir uma foto, então tive que usar dados móveis mesmo. Pontos positivos: - Café da manhã excelente, tudo muito gostoso e com bastante variedades. - Lanches e refeições, muito gostoso e com variedades suficiente. - Ótima localização. Está no ponto central de Ponta verde, pra quem quer caminhar na Orla, fazer lanches a noite dá pra ir caminhando tranquilamente. - Quarto casal vista mar, bem confortável, espaçoso e com vista maravilhosa. - Atendentes em geral são atenciosos. Resumindo: Se a internet tivesse funcionado e não tivesse tido problema com o quarto, não teria nada para reclamar!

Razoável. A roupa de cama e de banho não são de qualidade. O mais decepcionante foi a comida do restaurante, que em nada se assemelha ao que é descrito no menu. Na foto, a proporção entre a quantidade de arroz e de filé dará a noção do tamanho do filé que foi servido. Destaque para todos os funcionários do hotel, que são muito atenciosos, educados e prestativos, em especial Paula. Em geral, a experiência não me levaria a me hospedar lá novamente.
