We paid for what we saw in the pictures, but in reality the Matsubara hotel is not what you see there. The pictures on Expedia are from when the hotel was new. The rooms are old, dirty and poorly maintained. We only spent a few hours until we decided to go to another place.

Na verdade eu já fiquei hospedado neste estabelecimento, e vi que muita coisa mudou pra pior, até o cano do esgoto estourou no parque aquático, tinha um vazamento entre o salão principal e o salão de jogos, o hotel está um pouco abandonado

Hotel bem antigo, estrutura bem enganosa, muito diferente das fotos, cafe da manha razoável, o elevador quebrou, ficamos o dia todos subindo de escadas, parque aquático precisa de uma limpeza. Se for fazer viagem em casal, escolham outro hotel, se for com crianca ainda é de se pensar, devido ao parque aquatico.

A pousada é antiga e com instalações muito ruins. Precisa de uma reforma grande urgentemente pois está tudo muito velho. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Não recomendo este hotel

Foi bom! Porém, o hotel é totalmente diferente das fotos a estrutura tá velha, falta de manutenção tanto esteticamente como nos apartamentos. O Apartamento que fiquei estava com uma banheira que nem funcionava mais, causando risco de queda. A água com cheiro de ferrugem. Fora isso tem suas vantagens o hotel fica próximo a orla a qual permite uma belíssima vista, e o park achei bem tranquilo.
