Boa localizaĆ§Ć£o, e Boa estadia.
A Estadia foi boa, a localizaĆ§Ć£o tambĆ©m. A Ćŗnica coisa que ficou devendo foi as fotos do apartamento, que nĆ£o corresponde com a realidade, no que diz respeito ao tamanho e o que contĆ©m. Explico: o apartamento disponibilizado, foi desmembrado em dois, e as fotos correspondem ao apartamento menor, que nao continham todos os itens apresentados nas fotos, como sala com sofĆ”, cozinha americana com fogĆ£o, etc. No apartamento disponibilizado tinha microondas, frigobar e uma cafeteira elĆ©trica, uma cama boa queen, um banheiro privativo com chuveiro elĆ©trico e ar condicionado split, tudo em bom funcionamento mas sem telefone/interfone interno ou Wi-Fi. Apenas estava preparado para mais itens, como nas fotos, no mais me atendeu satisfatoriamente. O atendimento por telefone sĆ³ funciona de segunda a sĆ”bado.

NƃO CONSEGUIMOS FICAR NAQUELE AMBIENTE INSALUBRE FOMOS NOS HOSPEDAR EM UM HOTEL PRƓXIMO AVISAMOS AO ANFITRIƃO SOBRE NOSSA DECISƃO E NƃO RECEBEMOS NENHUMA RESPOSTA, NEM TƃO POUCO NOSSO DINHEIRO DE VOLTA.

Voltarei sim, muito bom!
Excelente localizaĆ§Ć£o; tem um BompreƧo logo na esquina, ruas tranquilas, boas instalaƧƵes, proprietĆ”rios atenciosos e prestativos sempre on line no zap (autorizou minha entrada mesmo eu chegando antes do horĆ”rio do chek in); espaƧo excelente para um casal, bom espaƧo para atĆ© 4 pessoa jĆ” que nĆ£o tem ar condicionado na sala. Precisa ter maior atenĆ§Ć£o com a a limpeza interna do flat mas nada muito sĆ©rio que impeƧa sua estada, porĆ©m o condomĆ­nio como um todo Ć© muito bem cuidado e tem vaga de garagem coberta, e com elevador.
