Very good
Nice hotel with spacious room right by fishermans whatf and across Sands Casino. Good breakfast buffet with great selection and the seafood dinner buffet is excellent with good service. Will come back again.

On arrival the receptionist said "Oh, sorry we don't have available King Bed, only two twin size beds"; when I got angry and told him: "That's your problem, I've made a booking and paid for a King size bed, so you must give me a King size bed room"... Magically, after 5min he said "I've found one for you"... Kinda tricky behaviour. Not to mention that this was after they said "sorry I can't see in your booking that you have paid for the breakfast" when I did and it was explicitly mentioned in my booking + the Expedia/Hotels.com receipt.

Except the edge of the sink is dirty like all other hotels, it’s very clean and pleasant. Jacuzzi was awesome. Staffs were friendly and helpful, got a convenient store on ground floor inside the hotel also great. And hotel right next to fishermen wharf.

The hotel suite was a good size with 2 bedrooms that could comfortably hold 3 people. The room has a musky smell as it is all carpeted and the hotel is located in a hot and humid environment.

Check in early is recommended this hotel is popular. Clean and the staff are helpful and polite. The decor is a bit traditional. Maintaining a unique Macau cultural experience. Does feel that it needs an upgrade. And the Charing usb wall p,ups didn’t work, but the staff gave us 4 to help with our charging so all good.

The hotel is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in all my life. Its staff is the best, friendly, courteous and very prompt in responding to your needs, very patient in answering your questions and yet not pushy or intrusive. It's the staff that really makes this hotel stands out. The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL and very stylishly decorated that it really stands out among all the other casino/hotels as an elegant and classy palace. Plus it's right beside the ocean; with the ocean view from your room, it really makes you feel like you are in an elegant seaside resort. It really should be a 5-star hotel except for the broken paint on some of the walls and the bit of renovations that's needed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody who's travelling to Macau. It's a gem in Macau that one shouldn't miss.

Hotel is great in terms of cleanliness and safety. However poor service from the staff in finding ways to provide taxi, even if you ask for limo.. nothing is available. They should at least have a shuttle to the airport.
