I still like the place, but my A/C was broken and never worked well, the TV rarely worked, my safe had to be fixed and the mini-frig really did not cool anything. At least they finally fixed the flat tires on the luggage trolleys. While there is a lunch offering it is limited and just barely passable.

Foi a primeira vez que me hospedei no Hyatt e me surpreendi com o hotel. Tudo perfeito. Vou sempre a Macae, a trabalho, e costumo me hospedar em outros hoteis. Mas, desta vez, fui a passeio e resolvi experimentar o Hyatt. Não me arrependi, hotel limpo, bem localizado, quartos amplos, visual impecável e um excelente atendimento.

Ótimo atendimento, estrutura e quarto.
Atendimento primoroso e cordial, todos os funcionários eram prestativos e educados. A decoração do hotel e dos quartos é moderna e clean. O quarto é espaçoso, com cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis, roupa de banho e cama limpa, nova e cheirosa, os amenities são de qualidade e a ducha é maravilhosa, banheiro espaçoso. O único detalhe é o exaustor do banheiro que fica ligado 24h, o que incomoda para quem tem sono leve, e o quarto não tem janelas, o que dificulta a ventilação. O café da manhã é rasoável, no primeiro dia era tudo fresco e saboroso, exceto os sucos que são artificiais e nos dias seguintes, a grande maioria do que se tinha era do dia anterior, o que, por sua vez, já não estava saboroso. A academia e muito boa e com aparelhos de ótima qualidade. A piscina é boa, só sentimos falta de um funcionário para auxiliar com guarda-sol.

Reservei uma noite, com diária pre-paga, por meio de Hotéis.com, um quarto para dois adultos e uma criança com cama king size e um sofá cama. No check-in, quiseram cobrar a diária. Mostrei que havia pago e depois de uns bons minutos, me deram o quarto. Ao chegar ao quarto, no entanto, não tinha sofá cama. Disseram que houve uma intercorrência e que veriam para qual quarto me mudar. Tive de esperar quase 1h para finalmente entrar no quarto às 24h,,cansado querendo me acomodar e com uma criança de 6 anos para dar banho e colocar na cama.
