Sit and enjoy the incredible sunset views from the wraparound porch on 2 sides of this remodeled home just across the street from Cedar Creek Reservoir. Spend your days fishing or swimming with the family and nights relaxing with a glass of wine watching the incredible sunsets on the lake from the porch. If you prefer inside, there are lots of windows to enjoy the sunset or wake up with the sunshine.

Large living room, fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor dining area on the porch. The house is also equipped with wifi and internet TV, so you are never out of touch.

There are 3 bedrooms to accommodate your family vacation, First Monday Trade Days shopping for all your girlfriends, or for a guy's fishing weekend. South bedroom has a queen bed; North bedroom has full and 3rd has twin bunkbeds for up to 6 people.

Lake access directly across the street for swimming, fishing and boating. Public boat ramp is 10 minutes away. Boat and trailer parking are available at the property. Temporary docking is available for your boat.

Mabank and the surrounding area are home to many local restaurants, shopping, wineries and unique activities, especially lake fun! There are boat and jet ski rentals as well as lots of water toys that can be used for the kids.

Better than a hotel
Enjoyed the stay, it was close to Canton and a nice change from a hotel. The property could have been a little cleaner. There was dog hair in the bathroom and on the beds, and cobwebs everywhere.

Eve was incredibly helpful and helped to make our stay very enjoyable. Tips: Rocky Ridge Safari and Big Crappie Fishing guide are definitely worth checking out. We also enjoyed dinner at Vernon’s Landing.

Nice place. Appears to be recently renovated. A place to be 'home away from home' if you're in the area for awhile for business or on vacation. The property manager was very hospitable. Looking forward to staying here again soon.
