The staff at this hotel is super friendly. They will do everything to accommodate your needs and make you feel happy during your stay. I was surprised how nice they were. I recommend this hotel definitely. Location and safety, plenty of dining places around.

The staff here was excellent! Georgia was so lovely. My partner broke his ankle while running in the city and they were so accommodating. He is also a vegan and she found us some amazing spots and made us reservations. It was incredibly clean as well! Loved the complimentary sparkling water and espresso!!(outside of breakfast hours)

It was very easy to walk around Lyon and the staff was very nice. Breakfast for an addtional cost was really good as the other restaurants open late for breakfast.

Absolutely wonderful staff
This hotel is in a great spot near lots of cafes and shops. It was being renovated which we were made aware of. Unfortunately my husband got ill and we did not see much of the sights. The staff were absolutely awesome helping me navigate the French medical system. They were helpful supportive and arranged everything to get a doctor for us. Thank you so much and hopefully we will be back to visit again.
