Situated on one of the liveliest and most central area in Lyon, at the heart of Lyon's Presqu'île, you will relax and enjoy your stay in this freshly renovated 26 m² apartment situated on the ground floor of an historic building right next to the Opera.
You will enjoy a comfortable 140x190 double bed, a living room with a 1 person sofa bed and its HD TV, as well as a nice fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, and a dining table. You will find a great bathroom as well, with a shower and toilets.
WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.
You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).
Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a connected lock. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.
Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
