Je suis arrivé a hôtel ayant réserver sur le site. Le monsieur de l'accueil ma fait comprendre qu'il n'avait plus de place. Quand je le pose la question, comment ça se fait qu'une chambre reserver est indisponible ? Il me répond : je travaille ici seul ,je nai pas eu le temps de regarder mon ordinateur avant de prendre mes derniers clients. Et en plus il m'a dit qu'il devait annuler le prélèvement mais non il m'a fait payer une chambre ou jai pas pu dormir . J'ai refais la route pour lyon a la recherche d'une hôtel ,venant de Bordeaux.
