Bonjour Madame, Nous vous remercions de votre retour sur votre séjour à l'Hôtel du Simplon. En effet, nous recommandons fortement à notre clientèle de réserver le parking à l'avance : nous n'avons évidemment pas autant d'emplacements de stationnement que de chambres, étant un hôtel en plein centre ville de Lyon. Réserver un emplacement vous en garantit la disponibilité sur simple confirmation de notre part. Notre site fait bien mention de cela, peut-être pas le site sur lequel vous avez effectué votre réservation en revanche. Pourtant, sur la page de notre établissement sur Expedia, figure bien la mention "Les demandes spéciales, qui ne peuvent pas être garanties, sont soumises à disponibilité à l'arrivée et peuvent entraîner des frais supplémentaires.". Par ailleurs, il n'existe pas d'option payante pour avoir une vue sur la ville dans notre hôtel : et pour cause, nous n'avons que trois étages et sommes situés en plein centre-ville. Etes-vous certaine que vous parlez bien de l'Hôtel du Simplon dans votre commentaire? Nous n'avions par ailleurs reçu aucune demande particulière de votre part avant votre séjour. Nous restons à votre écoute pour tout éclaircissement sur ce séjour. Cordialement
