Asked for handicapped room got a 9ft×9ft room with 2 twin beds and bathroom shoved inside....did not get a key, front desk keeps all keys and have to go get them to unlock doors each time you leave

Staff is really friendly but very limited English. My room wasn't big but I have all the minimal stuff. The only problem it's to get there, it doesn't have a easy connection with the centre of Lyon and around the hotel there is not enough things to do and the Hotel doesn't have instalation for recreation. Also it's really hard to eat something around.

J’ai séjourné 2 nuits à cet hôtel à quelques jours d’intervalle. La première nuit à été acceptable pour 50€ la nuit par contre la deuxième le prix était plus élevé, 60€ alors qu’il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude + la salle de bain était sale il y avait un cheveux dans la douche + un poil sur le lavabo. J’ai donc demandé à changer de chambre, le réceptionniste affirmait que l’hôtel était complet sauf qu’après 2-3min j’ai eu une autre chambre avec de l’eau chaude mais il y avait un cheveux sur l’oreiller. Pour 60€ la nuit ça laisse à désiré

Très moyen la chambre était propre, l literie est très dur , télé qui ne fonctionne pas depuis !! , un trou avec des câbles pas de prise !! Un chien qui est abois toute la nuit.. enfin pour dire pas super juste une chambre et une douche confortable..

La poubelle dans la salle de bain n'était pas vidée et la chasse d'eau dans les toilettes pas tirée. L'urine du précédent voyageur était bien jaune. L'aspirateur n'a pas du tout été passé dans la chambre. Chambre 60, nuit du 22/10/24. Signalé à la réceptionniste.

Malgré mon arrivée tardive (minuit), personnel présent et agréable. Chambre propre et fidèle à la description sur le site de réservation. Seul bémol, absence de la télécommande de la télé, suite à mon appel, le réceptionniste n'a pas réussi à en trouver une. Cela mis à part, parfait!
