## Space
The keys can be collected from a shop located 2 minutes on foot from the apartment, which is open from 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM.
The apartment is located in Villeurbanne, a lively neighborhood where youâll find all the amenities, restaurants, bars, and parks. Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the Brotteaux district and its pleasant cocktail terraces.
A great name in French cuisine, Monsieur Paul Bocuse and his famous brasserie "L'Est" will be very close by. Donât miss this iconic Lyonnaise experience.
Youâll want to take a stroll in the famous Parc de la TĂȘte d'Or, the cityâs green lung and the largest urban park in France, covering 117 hectares. The park offers numerous activities and attractions, including greenhouses, a rose garden, a zoo, and rental boats and "rosalie" cars.
For art enthusiasts, visit the IAC (Institute of Contemporary Art), located nearby in the Totem. This temple of conceptual art continues to host major international contemporary artists while also showcasing a dynamic, young generation. It features numerous temporary exhibitions and a rotating permanent collection.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people with its bedroom and sofa bed. It includes a balcony, a garage, a living room, a bedroom, an open kitchenette, and a shower room.
The apartment is equipped with the following:
A spacious and minimalist living room with aquamarine accents, featuring a comfortable 140x195 cm sofa bed, a TV with a stand, a small floral side table, and a dining area with a table and chairs. A large window with manual blinds and curtains ensures maximum light.
An open, fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, induction cooktop, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. Thereâs also a small breakfast area with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster for a smooth start to your day.
A large, cross-facing balcony, accessible from both the living room and bedroom, with a table and garden chairs for a sunny break. The synthetic grass creates a lovely urban garden vibe.
A tropical-style bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, a dresser, a clothes rack, and a large window with manual blinds and voile curtains.

## Neighborhood
Villeurbanne offers all the advantages of a big city in a greener and calmer environment, with direct proximity to the chic 6th arrondissement and the Part-Dieu district. Whether by metro, tram, or bus, you'll have quick access to all Lyon's neighborhoods thanks to the many public transportation options available. Villeurbanne boasts a vibrant and dynamic neighborhood life: young people, families, and retirees will find numerous cultural structures, sports complexes, associations, shops, schools, high schools, and universities. With a rich cultural heritage, Villeurbanne is home to historic sites such as the Gratte-ciel, the Town Hall, the National Popular Theater, Anatole France School, the House of Books, Images and Sound, Studio 24, the Astroballe (ASVEL), and the former Bayard and Bally factories. The city continues to develop with new neighborhoods, like the Terrain des SĆurs, where our current project Carrare is located.
Culture: With a variety of venues and major events that are welcoming, creative, and unifying, the city has a thriving cultural scene. Public and private theaters (TNP, ThĂ©Ăątre de lâIRIS), the National School of Music, concert venues (ToĂŻ ToĂŻ Le Zinc and Transbordeur), the IAC (Institute of Contemporary Art), an independent cinema (Zola, retro-style), cultural centers (Rize and CCO), a Ninkasi like in Lyon, the House of Image and Sound (the city's media library), Les Invites, the short film festival, and the youth book festival.
Sports: Many sports facilities and high-level events, with the Astroballe hosting our basketball champions! There are also two large markets (the "Gratte-Ciels" market on Tuesday, Thursday, and especially Saturday; and the fabulous Place Wilson market on Wednesday, Friday, and especially Sunday, where you'll find everything at unbeatable prices in a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere â some even have breakfast on Bettant's terrace while others prefer a glass of red at the outdoor bar).
Some great spots and features of the neighborhood:
The Brotteaux district, typically Lyonnais, with its terraces and festive spots.
The nearby Gratte-Ciels neighborhood, the heart of Villeurbanne, showcases 1930s architecture (Town Hall, TNP...) and many local food shops.
The Puces du Canal: a lovely little Saint-Ouen flea market that offers a refreshing alternative to overpriced hipster second-hand shops on the slopes.
The Transbordeur, arguably the best concert hall in Lyon (this is my personal opinion), is located in Villeurbanne!
A fantastic network of libraries with many events organized throughout the year.
The Institute of Contemporary Art, with cutting-edge exhibitions, is just next door.
The Invites festival, which attracts more and more Lyonnais each year.
The famous Parc de la TĂȘte d'Or and its zoo.
All other Lyon neighborhoods are accessible in less than 15 minutes by public transport.
We make every effort to provide you with the best experience possible. However, please note that the apartment is located in Villeurbanne, in a lively neighborhood. You may hear city noises. Thank you for your understanding.
