Stunning home in Lyngdal with kitchen

Welcome to this architecturally unique vacation home with panoramic views over the North Sea. Since all rooms are on the first floor, a comfortable stay awaits you here. The property offers a large terrace, a fantastic view and on windy days also screened places. The sea with jetty along with mooring for your own or rented boat can be reached on foot. It is your closest neighbor a beautiful hiking terrain, where you can experience the typical southern Norwegian coastal landscape. In the center of Lyngdal (15 km) there are nice stores, cozy restaurants, a great swimming area and large beaches as well as the good salmon river Lygna (investigate the local fishing rules; fishing license mandatory). The lake area by the cottage also offers good fishing. In the area you can rent boats of different sizes; NB: order boat before arrival.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of NOK 200.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.

Ein ganz tolles Haus, mit kleinen Mängeln in herrlicher Umgebung.
Als wir am ersten Tag ankamen, steckte der Schlüssel. Nach telefonischer Rücksprache konnten wir das Objekt ohne weiteres betreten und waren sofort von den hohen Fenstern und der Holzverkleidung begeistert. Das Haus im Allgemeinen ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Tür vom Kamin hält nicht mehr selbstständig, das ist aber auch der einzige Makel. Für uns sehr ungewohnt war der Kühlschrank inSchubladenform, daran gewöhnt man sich aber auch schnell. An einem schönen Abend auf der Terrasse sitzen und aufs Meer schauen ist einfach atemberaubend, noch schöner wäre es wenn das wilde Gestrüpp vor der Terrasse ein wenig gebändigt würde. Einzig die Verwendung des Grills war ein wenig problematisch, man hatte einen Gasgrill von Weber ohne Gasflasche, einen kleinen Kugelgrill mit verrostetem Rost und einen großen Schwenkgrill zur Verfügung. Wir haben dann ein wenig improvisiert und alles war gut Alles in allem ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man ein paar Tage seine Ruhe haben und nicht von Party zu Party rennen möchte.
