The staff was very nice but the quality of the facility was run down, the breakfast was not good, there was a sewage smell right when you walked in then it lingered up to the 4th floor by the second day.

Construction had the stairwells super messy with what looked like drywall powder. Made me nervous to walk my dog down the stairs. We took the elevator which he doesn't enjoy but was too afraid to use the stairwells. Breakfast was standard continental. Very limited fruit all pastries and bagels, waffles etc.

Expedia did not communicate the property was under renovation. The property felt extremely unsafe…empty, dirty, low lighting, with 2 other guest at most (possibly construction workers), with only one staff member. There was only one floor available that was old in disrepair with dirty hallway & rooms and felt very unsafe. We did not stay at hotel. Though the employee provided a full refund and communicated he had done so in his system, it would be up to Expedia to see it through due to our booking direct with them. We did not get this refund from Expedia as we had booked a non-refundable reservation. Though the hotel experience was extremely unpleasant, we put the blame on Expedia for poorly representing the situation and not providing a refund even though we did not stay and the hotel said they had refunded direct to Expedia.

Front lobby furniture was filthy. Room reeked of cigarettes even though it’s a non-smoking property. Room amenities were sparse. Bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast offerings were good. Coffee is available 24 hours a day. We will not stay there again for 160.00 a night

It was ok.
It was fine. Staff was pleasant. Booked a room with a single king bed but got two doubles instead. Not crazy about that. Room service but not til you check out apparently cause on a three night stay we asked one day not to be cleaned but second day we allowed it and they still never did. Breakfast was so-so. Only hot item was waffle maker and if you microwaved the instant oatmeal packets.
