The shower was horrible. There was very little water pressure. The showerhead leaked. The antiquated water control fixture barely worked. When we walked into the room, there was a dirty sock in the floor and a small stain on the wall that resembled feces.

This hotel over charged me for 2 different stays. Stayed 2 days was charged for 4, the kept the 100 deposit an charged me 250 accusing me of smoking when I do not smoke. General manager wouldn’t listen but banned me from staying cause I spoke on her mistakes overcharging me, then hung up an called me back to hang up again. Unprofessional a should be fired. Very much a waste talking to her cause she will only hang up.

Yet another poor stay!
Again, I only stay here for the price. Hotel is NOT always clean. Front Desk is no help with issues and once again they failed this time. If it was nit for the fact its literally 2 mins from LU I would NEVER stay here. Sadly, Ive stayed at worst places around LU. I don’t understand how hard it is to get good help and keep a place clean.
