A luxury penthouse, sea view, 3 bedroom apartment which accommodates up to 6 guests (aged 10 years +) with fabulous large, private, sunny garden situated in the Grade II listed historic Monmouth House overlooking Georges Square in the heart of the beautiful old town of Lyme Regis. Car parking nearby and one dog friendly (£10 per night dog fee). MSPA Hot tub for 4 guests. Located a 3 minute flat walk to beach/sea, shops and restaurants in the most beautiful part of the Old town. The Duke of Monmouth penthouse apartment which sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms (Superking and 2 x king beds) . The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen/diner with SMEG fridge and appliances, luxury living room with chaise lounge, roll top bath and shower cubicle. Garden has a large outdoor seating and dining area with a BBQ.
Monmouth House is a Grade II listed house dating from the 1600’s which has been sympathetically renovated with historic features. The Duke of Monmouth resided here during the 1685 Rebellion. Please note the Grade II listed building is not accessible for guests with mobility issues and has stairs throughout the house/apartment.
