Situated in a very popular location (Universal Area), this property is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet escape, away from the hustle and bustle of the city while not too far from its comfort. Within 3 -5 minutes’ walk there are all the amenities such as: cafes, restaurant, bank, atm, gym, pharmacy, supermarket and kiosks. City center is 5 minutes’ drive, as well as the nearest blue flag awarded beach (SODAP Beach).
