Once I found out what room I was in and got the door codes working, it was fine. The supplied phone number does not work. The online chat was helpful, though.

Great apartment in a great location
Great location close to all the major tourist attractions. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, clean and well maintained. The street was quiet and we found the security great.

The most horrible experience in my life
Horrible, this people don’t care about their customer…I rent it, then I came to the place and the door didn’t open cause it got an electric panel…then I msg then…I wait for then to give me a solution…and after I wait they said to ask for a refund….then I found out from one of the neighbors that the apartment I book had the same problem the day before and the same happen…so they don5 care about the apartment…even they were so rude, like they didn’t even bother to find me another place…the just said “get the refund and solve your problem”…basically they didn’t even care about the time you spent looking for a place…so imaging to look for a place the same day….offcourse if going to be 3 time more expensive, but guess what, they don’t care…you worth nothing, zero, don’t come…pay a lil bit more in a hotel, you won’t regret it

The code for entrence wasn't provided beforehand. The day of I contracted the property owner via chat to ask for the code so I would have it when I arrived at 16h. I asked them twice but they didn't respond. I called them and after 20 minutes they could provide me the code. The property itself is clean and has everything for one night stay. The sad part was that the roll curtains didn't work so we couldn't darken the room and woke up really early because of that

Smartflats, the not so smart choice
Smart flats is unmanned and has a online pre check in, which gives you codes for the doors. Location wise a couple of minutes walk from the tram. Parking is on street which was full. On arrival the front door was unlocked, the inner door and room door have a wireless cylinder type lock which some other guests have had issues with. (I tried the keyboxes first). The building looked to be recently finished and to a high standard and the room was clean but : The stairwell had some rubbish. The bathroom smells of drains, with the window open can't smell from the bed but isn't a nice place to be. The toilet seat was cracked Soap and shampoo dispensers both empty The double bed was a sofa bed. Not much soundproofing if any. Dishwasher wasn't emptied from previous guest The shower head was too large for the water pressure and the button was broken. No heating controls (room was hot in April) In my opinion it seems the management are too remote and while good on paper smartflats lived up to its one star reviews.

Erg vieze entree en trapportaal. In het appartement verschillende zaken stuk: toiletbril, zeeppompje, tv, koelingdeur. Kamer was te warm!

attention au vol d'identité
Attention au vol d’identité et aux données bancaires. L’appartement n’est pas mal en termes de propreté (à part les zones communes qui sont un peu dégoûtantes), il est neuf et plutôt confortable. Le problème, c’est que pour le check-in, ils vont vous demander toutes vos informations personnelles (!), une photo de votre DNI (!!!), c’est-à-dire une copie numérique de votre identité, puis une photo de votre carte bancaire (!!!!!!) et vos codes (soi-disant pour une caution). Il ne faut jamais communiquer à qui que ce soit (sauf l’administration ou la police, et encore) ce genre de détails avec des images et tout, c’est une invitation au vol d’identité et aux comptes bancaires. Ils vous diront que le serveur en ligne est sécurisé, mais même si c’est le cas (et je n’y crois pas), vous ne savez pas où vous êtes en train d’envoyer ces données, probablement en dehors de l’Europe. J’ai dû appeler hotels.com pour qu’ils fassent d’intermédiaires dans cette affaire puisque je ne voulais pas communiquer ces données hyper sensibles et même eux ont eu du mal à obtenir des réponses de la part du logement, qui a fini par m’envoyer les codes d'accès par WhatsApp. Je répète, le logement n’est pas mal du tout et le prix est intéressant, mais à vous de voir si vous voulez vous mettre en risque

Wir haben die Check-in Daten vor unserer Ankunft nicht erhalten. Die Telefonnummer vor Ort war falsch. Ich habe eine Telefonnummer über Expedia erhalten. Im Endeffekt standen wir eine Stunde vor der Haustür bis wir endlich die pin Nummern für Eingang und Flat bekamen. Treppenhaus war schmuztzig, es hat sich auch während unser 4 Tägigen Aufenthalt nicht geändert. Der Aufzugknopf in der 3. Etage war defekt. Mann konnte zwar rauf aber nicht runter. Flat war sehr simpel ausgestattet. Sampoo und Seifen Spender waren leer. Die Toiletten Brille war kaputt. Aber Handtücher waren vorhanden. Die Küche war mit Geschirr und Besteck für 4 Personen ausgestattet. Wasserkocher verkalkt Pfanne total zerkratzt ......... Am zweiten Tag wurde die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Für den Preis erwartet man mehr. Die Lage war super in einem ruhigen vornehmen Viertel fußgängisch 15 M. Zu Bahnhof oder 15. M. zu Innenstadt

Dans l'ensemble correcte mise a part la non reception du mail de validation avec les codes d'entrees (obliger d'appeler le service client qui a été tres reactif et professionnel), le lave vaisselle etait plein et avait une odeur nauséabonde en l'ouvrant. Pas de torchon à disposition pour la vaisselle.

Worst travel experience ever. Dirty and unsafe. The room wasn't clean when I arrived (after 4pm): used bed sheets and towels full garbage can. One of the blinders was broken and the kitchen table was about to break (hard to work when the table is bobbling so hard). Finally to top thing off, I was locked inside the room for hours because the electric lock was brocken. I missed business meetings because the Support team couldn't care less (it doesn't feel good when you keep calling to be able to get out and the Support agent just tells you "don't worry, someone will come today"). This place is not safe - imagine being locked in the room if there is a fire or other safety hazard. Of course they are no longer responding and are refusing to refund me. To be avoided entirely.
