Parking is behind the hotel. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Nice hotel with in walking distance to everything. Honestly you can’t beat this price in Luxembourg city.

Good location well kept hotel
The entrance to the hotel is easy to miss and somewhat underwhelming. The staff were very efficient and welcoming. The hotel seem well maintained and modern. The room was clean, warm and comfortable but could use more pillows(my own fault I didn’t ask for extra). The location suited our needs.

The property was very clean and tidy, room was of a good size. Staff were very friendly. Currently got building works to the rear of the hotel. Can be a little noisy. Also on flight path for the airport, didn't bother us but might be a problem for other guests.

This hotel is 2 minutes away from the Central station, tucked btwn a media mart and shoe store,bso was difficult to find on arrival. Hotel is very clean but there was ongoing construction that awaken me at 6am in the mornings with pronounced drilling, awful. I requested a room change which was not initially granted; however, once hotels.com was notified, the room change occur. I was promomised a large room a suite infact, but was given the same size room as was initially assigned along with Hotel Bar voucher for a free drink , however, this was not respected by the bartender, and i had to pay for the drink. After further discussion with hotel staff the followiing day, the voucher was reluctantly honored by the bartender with much disdain.

The room was fine. The breakfast was poor, all the items that were supposed to be warm like scrambled eggs, were stone cold - despite not being cheap. Air con system out of action for weeks - though we did get an email to warn us. I dont see why they can't get an urgent repair for an issue like this. We asked for two extra bottles of water and recieved a surprise 10 euro bill at the end! I asked for a breakdown of costs and they havent responded.

Phenomenal hotel in Luxembourg city. Quick access to the free public transit and a short ride to all the attractions in the old city. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Martin gave us some great recommendations for our trip to Munich as well. The AC was out at the time of our stay but they provided all the rooms with portable units. Would most definitely stay again with them.

No aircon but we were informed about this. Noise from a local club goes on into the early hours and with no aircon the window had to be open. Close to the tram so you can get around.

I never write a review, but this is very disappointing and ruined our vacation which we planned almost a year with my family. We found out the air conditioner system is under repair while we were already in our vacation, to change hotel instantly was a hassle and stressful. I booked the hotel at least a month before we started our vacation. It was so hot on a summer day of August, temperature 85 degrees, we were sweating even after we just took a shower and not able to sleep, I can’t believe this only happened when we were already in our vacation. I will never book this hotel chain anymore.

The property notified us only 2 days in advance of our arrival that the building’s air conditioning was not working. We don’t know how long they knew of the issue. Their solution was to put fans in the rooms but this did not really help. Outside was cooler than inside the building and we felt that they could have opened the windows to cool down the rooms before we arrived. We only stayed one night but it was an uncomfortable sleep. The night we stayed there, there were young adults loitering across the street which made it noisy. Our ratings likely would be better if not for the A/C issue.

Very nice modern hotel in the heart of Luxembourg. Just a few meters from the station with excellent transport links around the city and to the airport. Tourist attractions all walkable or take the bus/tram. Bar and nice outdoor area to sit in... Only issue - Air conditioning is out of order throughout the hotel and thus made it very uncomfortable when 30 degrees. Bedrooms stiflingly hot even with the provided small air con units. Poor night's sleep and judt constant sweat. Hotel needs to rectify this quickly and should offer some compensation to booked guests rather than just free water and a ice cream. If all fixed i would definitely stay again as was perfect for our weekend away.. If not fixed...Avoid!

Hotels AC went out and received an email saying they were offering reduced rates. I was NOT offered any sort of partial refund. Said they would give me breakfast and when I told them I have to leave before breakfast even started they only offered me a cup of coffee. I feel like I should have been offered the difference between their reduced rate and what I paid and I even asked and was told no. I had paid in advance.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows, fabulous buffet breakfast. Close to train station. Wish they had an onsite restaurant for lunch and dinner, but there are places within walking distance.
