Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
the hotel is 5.4 miles from downtown. THe country was experiencing Load Shedding (Power outages) so they said they had a back up system, but could only turn it on, if we committted. Moved to upscale hotel, and even with their back up system... no aircon would go on, even with the back up. Stoneridge would have been worse, and with blackouts all around given its distance outside the city.

Was extremely pleased. Hilary was very accommodating with the late reservation and checkin. The borehole wasn’t working so the taps were dry but he made sure we had all the water we needed on hand and even offered us late checkout so the taps would be working. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
