very friendly cleaning staff who helped us to facilitate an earlier arrival at the hotel -contacted the hotel owner on our behalf as we were unable to as well as let us drop off our luggage earlier and explained the check in/check out details for us. place was really clean and overall a great experience. only downside will be the slightly old toilet but otherwise it’s really good ! basic amenities - shampoo, body wash, towels, toiletries and hair dryer provided 👍👍

The host informed us in advance that the electricity had some issues so that we had to change to one of their hotel. But the hotel is comparatively far from train station which is the most important reason I chose this hotel. Equipped with elevator, convenient. Next to night market, convenient. Huge TV.

Feel like a resident of the building
When I arrived, I could not get a hold of anybody of the place. Then a lady, who worked for the place, helped me call someone. In 5 minutes, a lady came to me and helped me check in. The staff was helpful and polite. The building is located in a residential area. By staying there, I felt like as if I were one of the local residents. The room was clean and spacious. It was a really good stay.

本來訂了雙人房，但因裝修免費升級到四人房，空間是大了，但房內的設計、燈光等沒本來那間明亮。浴室地板有不少蟻，還有小蟑螂爬到鏡子，房內有蜘蛛，桌上也有蟻。花灑、廁所、風筒等設備挺新的，也好用。職員態度很好，用心幫助解決問題！

管家當日會再打來確認預約與抵達時間，很有禮貌也很貼心。 有特約停車場，需要費用100元，很便宜只是要走一小段路就是了(約五分鐘左右)～ 房間乾淨整潔，距離民生市場與羅東夜市都很近~逛完夜市剛好走路散步回民宿休息。

It is difficult to contact the keyholder if you do not have a local telephone number. The environment is generally good except for the toilet is a bit moisty with smells. Yet, the owner is very nice and helpful
