They are all smoking rooms, I’m highly allergic to mildew/mold and I had to double up on medication for that. We got into one room, and after we all got showers and I was getting out the lady from the front desk needed us to move because there was a leak. So we moved. The smell wasn’t as bad, but I went and got the air freshener things that pull smoke out the air because I couldn’t take much more. We had to renew our stay, I had done the reservation online. Husband went got new keys no problem. Stayed till Monday! We found out we needed to stay another week, so I made another reservation till Thursday. Monday afternoon I had taken my husband to urgent care and he was diagnosed with Covid. Well Tuesday we woke up and I felt like crap and I needed to go get checked so we did. We got back about 12ish thirty, to our keycards locked out and our dog frantic inside waiting on us. Husband went down to get cards rekeyed and wait over 30 minutes when the note said “ be back in 10” when the rude owner showed back up she said we owed pet fee which no problem we needed to pay and we’re going too just both got sick and forgot! Then she was like you owe xyz for double beds, and I said wait we were put in this room because of a leak not our problem why should we pay more!!! She was very rude and condescending! She wasn’t who we had been dealing with who was very pleasant and sweet! So we gave her our card because all we wanted at this point was to lay down, it was 75. She came back with it
