No questions to the personnel, the building is full of old furniture and paintings, It's OK. But parking is chaotic, internet is almost dead, food is primitive. Coffee is not coffee.

I would never book that hotel again
Very nice staff, but the hotel turned out to be a construction site. Bathroom not so clean and a horrible sewer smell even inside the room. At 9am very noisy because of construction activities. The environment was not very inviting either, not enough parking spaces . Far away from downtown Lübeck.

When I was at the desk for c/in they have cancelled my reservation. I have asked the reason and it was made by mistake was the answer after this time they give me the last room for 3 person. room was not so clean a lot of dust and setra. wi-fi in room was not working.

quite difficult to locate but a nice stay. old building but well maintained and quaint restaurant. staff was friendly and helpful. our room was a family room and had a separate upstairs bedroom for the kids. it was a nice touch. modern amenities despite the age of the building.

Excellent otherwise except for lack of parking. We booked this as they advertise off-street parking. Arrived after 9 and all spaces booked. Kitchen staff ended up kindly moving a bike rack to get extra space.
