Experience a contemporary and comfortable experience in this newly built two-bedroom home, ideally situated within the vibrant market town of Ludlow. Discover the historic charm of the 11th-century castle, dine in one of our many restaurants, or quaint cafes, and browse unique boutiques and markets, with Ludlow racecourse on our doorstep.

Whether you're exploring the town, venturing into the South Shropshire Hills, or seeking a cozy retreat during a business trip, our home caters to every need

The space
This new house is located on the new development Quarry Place in Ludlow, this contemporary house boasts two dedicated off-road parking spots.

On the ground floor, you can unwind in our generously-sized lounge area, with Sky Glass TV. Adjacently, the fully-equipped kitchen and dining space with patio doors out to a private enclosed garden.

From the kitchen, there are stairs leading to two comfortable double bedrooms, both with plenty of storage space. The master bedroom includes an ensuite shower room. There is also a family bathroom with a bathtub and shower over the bath.

Other things to note
We have a Smart TV. You are welcome to log into any of the streaming channels, as we don't have accounts for them, but please remember to log out when you leave.

Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the house.

Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone. The linen and the towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced

-Extra guests are not allowed unless advised otherwise.
-Please respect our neighbors.
-Keep the noise down between 10 pm and 7 am. -This is your home away from home, please care for it as such.
