Clean and - friendly staff In our room (at least) pipes rattle when anyone used water in other room/rooms - toilet seat broken and door to bathroom very squeaky like an out house.

The bed was the worst thing I have ever slept on. So disappointing. We had a big day planned and I was not able to sleep at all. Paying that much to stay a night I would think there could be a bed provided that did not have springs poking into you

You can fo better
First night wasn't good, I made the reservation for a room with walkin shower and they assigned a room with tub, when I told the receptionist, she told me they didn't have room available as I requested, when i questioned why she told me the rooms are assigned on the first come first serve. The reservation was made 2 days before. Also I requested a quiet room and it was a connecting room and neighbors were noisy, I could hear people walking and talking in the hall, doors closing and opening. The second night was better, I talked to the manager and I told him about the reservation and he told me sorry but didn't have rooms available, when i told him, his answer wasn't acceptable because I made the reservation with 2 days in advance and I choose the room in their website, I told him if they don't have rooms then they need to change that so people know. I needed to leave but I came back minutes later, then he told me he was going to have a different room later which I appreciated. The room wasn't as quiet as I wanted, noise because the ice machine, people talking out side, but at least it had the walkin shower.

Very quick, courteous and helpful check-in. Room & bath very clean. 24 hr coffee was nice. Breakfast was very basic, hot & cold cereal yogurt, apples, juice& coffee.. I will stay again.
