The location was good. Key holders are friendly people and helpful. It’s a school campus so students are the main residence. The apartment itself was clean but there were no other necessities supplied aside from toilet paper.

This was our second stay this year and we will keep coming back, needless to say we love it, every time, newly renovated and more spacious suites at an affordable price in a great location. Staff is friendly, professional and we were well looked after in every way. It meets our needs perfectly. We were allowed to move in far ahead of the check-in time, a real bonus after a long flight and travel time, another welcome gesture was the free pass to the Lucerne transit buses for the duration of our stay. We are totally satisfied and would recommend this accommodation to anyone.

fantastic location
We stayed at this location several times when it was UTOring.We were told about renovations going on but there really were no inconveniences or problems. Service and staff were always kind and helpful, we will be back !!!! Many thanks for making our holiday great.

Luzern sehr zentral
Bei dem Preis für die Lage waren die Erwartungen nicht hoch. Es war zu ahnen, dass hier lediglich Appartments vermietet werden, die gerade nicht an Studierende der Management-School gebraucht werden. Für eine Bildungseinrichtung, die Führungskräfte für Hotels ausbildet, waren Service und Sauerkeit der Anlage enttäuschend. Rezeptionisten, die nicht grüßen waren noch das geringste Problem. Handgeschriebene Wifi-Codes auf Post-Its sind sicherlich nicht der Standard der Hotels, für die hier ausgebildet wird, ebensowenig wie Lagerhaltung im Foyer und ausrangierte Sofas im Treppenhaus. Fluchtwegbeschilderderung und Notlicht? Fehlanzeige. Dafür rauchende und kiffende Studierende unter den Fenstern des Appartments. Barzahlung für die Tiefgarage, weil am Wochenende keine Kartenzahlung möglich ist? In der Schweiz??? Wer's glaubt. Aber, wie eingangs gesagt: Niedrige Erwartungen, relativ guter Preis und sehr zenztale Lage nah an der Altstadt.

Pro: - zentral (nahe Altstadt / Bahnhof / Supermarkt) - freundliche Mitarbeiter - gut schallisolierte Fenster Contra: - laut (Hauptstraße) - minimale Ausstattung - kein Handtuch Halter / keine Garderobe / kein Wäscheständer (falls man Kleidung hat, die nass geregnet ist, fehlen einfach Möglichkeiten diese irgendwo zum trocknen auszubreiten) - 2 Betten, aber nur ein Sessel - Balkon sehr schmal, nicht möbliert (nur 2 klappstühle) und zusammen mit dem Nachbarzimmer (ohne Trennwand)
