lovely apartment with everything you could possibly need for a stay in Lucca. Easy walking distance from the railway station. The communication between the host & I to access the property was the only downside .Never assume that the renter has a smart phone or access to the internet. All I needed was the gate code, not to download a video showing the code.

As it says on the tin
Very private property set in beautiful gardens. Very clean and all facilities required for a stay. I particularly liked the small garden. Some groceries left from previous tenants very helpful as we arrived before the shops reopened. My only comment would be is that the door key was tricky and took me a few tries to get it. The WhatsApp video showed all we needed to know about passcodes and was easily learnt. It wasn’t helpful for my husband that it was extremely hot when we arrived and although knowing Lucca well I took him the long way.

Lovely apartment. Beds (even foldout) we’re comfortable and ac was nice.
Although most people aren’t traveling with a couple of 85+ people, the parking is quiet a distance the apartment. Once you get in the swing of things, the Del Fassio gate is much better. IMO. I would stay there again.

Apartamento perfecto para visitar Lucca y alrededores.
Apartamento amplio, prácticamente nuevo e idealmente situado dentro de las murallas de Lucca. Damiano es un gran anfitrión, que da todas las instrucciones necesarias y con quien es fácil comunicarse en caso de necesidad. . Absolutamente recomendable para visitar Lucca, Pisa y alrededores. La única pena es haber viajado en invierno y no haber podido disfrutar de su terraza privada, que en verano debe ser espectacular.

Un appartement très confortable idéalement situé dans une ville très pittoresque
L’appartement de Damiano est très bien situé à proximité de tous les centres d’interêt. La résidence est calme, sécurisée et très propre. Nous avons trouvé dans cet appartement coquet tout ce dont nous avions besoin le tout meublé avec goût et fonctionnalité. Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de garer notre grosse voiture dans un parking ultra sécurisé. Damiano est très disponible et a répondu à toutes nos attentes

Ich habe mit drei Erwachsenen und ein Kind 2 wunderschöne Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet, voll ausgestattet, hat eine schöne große Erdterrasse und liegt in einer perfekte Lage in Lucca! Die dazugehörige Tiefgarage ist perfekt dazu. Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter war sehr nett, zuverlässig und unkompliziert. wir waren alle begeistert! Vielen dank lieber Damiano!

Super Unterkunft, top Lage
Die Unterkunft war sehr gut, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Sie liegt direkt innerhalb der Stadtmauer und man kann die Stadt zu Fuss erkunden. très bel appartement avec jardin clos
séjours dans la superbe ville de Luca échange avec le propriétaire via Watsapp. l appartement comprend une chambre , un canape lit et un lit d appoint.. très belle salle de bain et une cuisine récente et vraiment un gros plus, un superbe jardin clos une terrasse et une partie d herbe avec fauteuil et une table. le tout dans un quartier très calme eta proximité du centre et de la gare sans aucun doute je recommande

Appartamento bellissimo e Damiano (il proprietario) davvero disponibile e gentile! Appartamento provvisto di tutto (dalla cucina, al bagno e alla lavanderia!), a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Lucca con parcheggio sotterraneo incluso, in una zona davvero silenziosa!!!

Posizione eccellente, comodissimo il parcheggio. L'appartamento è davvero carino e adattissimo a chi ha un cane. Damiano, il proprietario, molto gentile e ci ha dato indicazioni utilissime. Lucca...si commenta da sola. Consigliatissimo.
