A cozy two story house located in Lucas, Kansas, the Grassroots Art Capital of Kansas. It is one block from the Garden of Eden and walking distance to the Grassroots Art center and Switchgrass Art Gallery. Eight miles away is Wilson Lake recreational area with plenty of hiking, biking, fishing, boating and swimming opportunities.

This property features covered parking with plenty of room to park your boat. It has a full sized washer and dryer, dishwasher, and gas stove. Pets are allowed and there is a large grass yard in the back. We do request they be kept on a leash at all times.
