Close to Texas Tech
Super close to Texas Tech stadium. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean.. a little dated but still nice. Beds are comfortable and water pressure is nice.

way understaffed for a graduation weekend. One waitperson in the entire bar/restaurant area on Saturday with tables piled up with dirty dishes. No one Saturday morning to go and get the car which was in valet parking. No one could find the keys, key box was locked. 25 minutes. Starting to get runned down without that major brand backing (maybe) the staff that was there, they wer nice but far too few.

The shower was large and water pressure was good. The beds and pillow were clean and very comfortable. The furniture in the room was very worn out. I expected more out of such a high rated hotel the trim on the desk which was a large piece was just hanging off. The hallway floors were dirty and needed a good sweep and vacuum. Over all it was a good experience. The breakfast in hotel was really delicious as well
