The room was nice except the faucet in the bathroom was broken and so the water pressure from the bathroom sink was terrible. The ice machines were not working on the top three levels, which is not a big deal except we were on the top floor and there is only 1 elevator at the entire opposite end of the hotel, so let’s say it wasn’t convenient to get ice, especially if you were in your pajamas.

Property not well-maintained. Cracked walls. Bugs in bathroom. Not clean. Didn’t look like carpeted areas on sixth floor had been vacuumed in days. Staff super friendly and helpful.

A tucked away oasis.

Positive: front desk changed our room from an outside motel type access to indoor. Negative: Room was dirty and smelled musty. AC was noisy. Housekeeping did not clean the room. When I mentioned this to the front desk person, he insisted all rooms were clean and I was lying. Bummer. Won’t stay here again.
