We stay at a king bed room. It was spacious, heater works great, has lots of drawers and a closet to put your luggage. The bathroom was roomy too. We noticed the hot water didn’t work in the shower

My truck was broke into back window busted out along with 7 other guests windows. Staff didn’t contact the police or let the other guest know what happened. Told to contact the police on our own and figure it out ourselves. The police and the front desk clerk said this has been a issue for a very long time yet no cameras put around property or security

Whater was leeking from the ceiling into trash cans in the hall way. The shower had no way of keeping the water in leading to me having to clean the bathroom floor despide calling to have it cleaned

Everything is so dirty
The room was dirty all over, the microwave was disgusting my son was going to warm some food and when He opened we saw it’s all dirty, the mirror at the room was all dirty too. Never will stay here again.

Thermostat in room didnt work so it was like sleeping in a meat locker. In room coffee machine had the wrong tray so no coffee in the morning and the shower barely worked
