Elevator stopped working first day - no urgency to repair even after 3 days - breakfast buffet was always empty - staff disinterested. Bathroom was borderline on cleanliness (will spare details). Will never go back - You think they may have offered a voucher or something - crickets. Bad news - beware.

Dirty Hotel Through and Through
Disgusting hotel. Had stains on sheets upon arrival. Staff acted like they couldn't care less about it. Ended up returning keys in the end. Don't waste your money. Even though we left after an hour of having the room, they wouldn't refund us for the second night.

The check in person working on 11/22 around 5 pm was not super friendly. Helped another person check in while i was still filling out a paper. The whole property in whole felt dirty and unsanitary. Housekeeping didn’t even come by our room so we had to re use towels (we only got 2 to begin with and there were two of us staying in the room). The shower wasn’t fully clean, the room smelt weird when we walked in, and there was so much noise both nights/early mornings we stayed. Wouldn’t recommend and for sure won’t book again.

I requested an early check/in at 12:30. I arrived at the hotel at 12:41 and the room wasn’t ready until after nearly 2 p.m. My room was close to the door on the backside of the hotel, the door was constantly being slammed because there were six little boys running in and out of the door. In my night stand drawer was a wadded out tissue.
