Positive with a few downers
The room was nice and spacious, beds were pretty firm and it’s definitely new pillow time. Between the big dog barking all night, a child screaming and noise out the window I did not sleep. My fault I didnt research better just how close I was to all the partying. I liked the hotel, it was just the extra stuff that made it not enjoyable. Very nice area though, I felt completely safe.

There was an away game that night. My room faced the bar next door. They didn’t stop partying until after 3AM. I had to get up early the next morning and drive 5 hours. My car alarm went off multiple times that night. People were leaning on my car.

The staff was great when we got there. Fast check-in and the hotel seemed nice. But when we turned in for the night we found the walls were paper thin so we heard everyone in the hallway. There was also some mechanical noise outside the room that sounded like a vacuum cleaner that ran the entire time we were there. I also didn't realize a duvet could be loud, but ours crinkled like a trash bag every time we moved in bed. And garbage pickup (banging dumpster/beeping truck) in the early, early morning was a nice touch. Towels in the bathroom were clean but were damp. There was a can of glass cleaner left in the shower by cleaning staff, and there were stains on the carpet as well. The hairball on the floor by the toilet was a nice complement to the overall motif. But breakfast was decent.

The only thing I noticed were the coffee cups in the room were not clean and had stains inside them. Otherwise every thing else was clean and it was a great stay!
