I booked 3 separate rooms at this property for 1 night. 2 of the rooms had no hot water. Reported to front desk and nothing was done. My personal room reeked of marijuana but property was sold out so I was forced to stay in it. Very noisy as if there were parties into the early morning. Reported to desk and still nothing done.

The headboards had an inch of dust, the shower handle would fall down so the water wouldnt stay warm and go down to cold, and the rlom just didnt fwel clean.

Terrible customer service. Christian thinks it's ok to text customers and it's very awkward. They also speculate and charge your account for odd things and then try to justify it. Room want very clean and be was totally against the wall. Whole hotel needs updating.
