Everything was awesome except the service at the bar/restraunt. Stood there for 25 minutes getting ignored by the bartender when she wasn’t even serving or assisting anyone.

Late Check-in
Check in was at 4pm which is later than most places I’ve stayed. I arrived just after 4pm and was told they did not have room ready. We asked more than once what the time frame would be and received evasive answers with no estimate but it would be “soon.” The front desk took my name and number and was told I’d get a call when the room was ready. Luckily there is a large lobby throughout the hotel and we were able to sit and chat with some family friends. I had to return to the front desk after 55 minutes and check on our room. I was told our room was ready and they were “about to call.” Not sure how true that is. The rest of the stay was fine. Clean room, comfy bed, good breakfast.

The stay overall was good, however some of the exterior doors are damaged and need repairs. It seemed on multiple occasions the key cards weren’t working because the door reader simply wasn’t working.

Liked the large rooms, although the bathrooms were small and the sink was in the room. Not a big deal to me. The biggest problem was the lack of hot water. Showers were luke warm at best. They definitely have a hot water problem. Breakfast was good, made to order omelettes we're great.
