This is one of the cleanest, well-maintained older motel properties that I have ever visited. Highly recommend.

Dont waste your money
Bed was very uncomfortable. Room was dirty. There were bugs in the room. The only reason we stayed is it was late and the room was non-refundable. There was a breakfast are but no breakfast was available at 8am.

This is a motel. An old-fashioned pull your car right to the front door one story motel, but with that said it was one of the nearest and cleanest I've ever stayed at the Ritz. It's not, but it is clean, comfortable lodging at a reasonable price.

Stay here! This is probably the best motel I've ever stayed at. Especially for the price we couldn't believe how clean and comfortable the room was. The bed was very nice as were the sheets, the bathroom was spotless and we were supplied with everything we need. Everything is nicely decorated and modern, the man working in the office was incredibly nice and even gave us some information on the town. The motel was quiet, couldn't hear any neighbours which was nice. 10/10, will only be staying here when we're in the area.

Great place to stay at an affordable rate.
We got a really good deal thru Hotels.com, $60.00 and didn’t expect the room to be very nice. Wow, were we surprised! The room was nicer than the one we spent twice as much for the previous night in Price Utah. Very clean, nice setup with a sink and vanity separate from the toilet/shower area. Comfortable king sized bed. I really like the old fashion Motel style rooms that you park in front of on a single level. If you are looking for a very nice place to stay near Lubbock, this is the one to choose. The manager and his wife are very nice and do a fantastic job running the Motel.
