I have stayed at this location every time I come work in Lubbock and it is an absolute great place to stay. The premium king suite chairs could have a deep cleaning done on them. The rugs in the living room could use a deep cleaning also. The staff is awesome and will definitely make your stay a wonderful time.

We chose this hotel because we have had very good experiences with other Country Inns & Suites in the past. The room was pleasant and the bed comfortable. The TP roll was almost empty when we arrived with only one extra roll in the bathroom. Had to ask for another during our stay. The breakfast does not vary day to day as other hotels in this chain in which we've stayed longer than one night. Food starts running out about an hour before the end of the breakfast period so it is necessary to go down sooner than one would like to be sure to get coffee, hot water, bagels, and juice. Nevertheless, the hotel provides scrambled eggs, patty sausages, biscuits (& gravy), along with cold cereal, hot oatmeal packets, and a waffle maker. There is fruit and fruit juice, plus cellophane wrapped muffins, bagels, and bread slices. The breakfast area is very pleasant and inviting. We would stay here again on future trips to Lubbock!

Hotel staff was friendly. Few things in room need attention. Phone didn’t work, water pressure is really bad and the tub didn’t drain well. Beds were comfortable and space was nice. Overall I would stay again but in hopes maintenance is done in restrooms.

It was a nice property but could have been much cleaner. The bathroom in the room didn’t seem like it was cleaned very well and the bathroom in the pool area was not clean. Also there were only 2 towels in the room and there were 4 of us.

We extended the checkout time for a meeting and paid for it during check-in. However, we were constantly harassed by hotel staff, who repeatedly pressured us to leave the room early due to poor communication among their team. Four different staff members knocked on our door unexpectedly, causing significant inconvenience. When I called the front desk to address the issue, I was rudely told to leave the room if I had a problem with the unsolicited calls and knocks. I strongly recommend avoiding this place, even if the price seems cheap.

When we checked in, we were in a hurry and dropped our bags off in the room, not paying attention to the cleanliness of the facility. When we came back late that night from the graduation we had attended we realized how filthy and disgusting the room really was the floors had not been vacuumed in quite some time the bathtub had a ring of filth around it. There was black hair in the bathtub and the sink. Even the coffee maker was dirty and everything around. It was dirty when we pulled the sheets back there was make up and dirt in the bed and on the sheets luckily, I had brought blankets with me so we could sleep on top of the bedspread since the bed was dirty. I went downstairs the next morning and promptly checked out and informed them how disgusting the room was. I was told that they would clean it immediately but the point was it should’ve been clean when I arrived. Then they refused to give me a refund for the night that I was not going to stay. Then a few hours later they charged me an additional $218. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and I would never, never, never recommend it to anyone. There is no excuse for their bad behavior and their filthy rooms. Do not stay here.

This is a basic motel. You can hear everything through the walls. Toiletries have a cheap scent. Coffee is some of the weakest and worse I've ever had. Bed was comfortable enough and the shower had plenty of hot water. Was it worth the price we paid? No, but there was an event that weekend so everything was overpriced.
