I will start off with the positives. Our room was very clean, the air conditioner worked well, the beds were comfortable. The ladies taking care of breakfast were extremely nice and helpful. The food was good and seemed fresh. The negatives: There were a few other guests( I assume guests and not just people hanging around) that seemed to be under the influence of something. Walking in and out and loitering near the entrance. The pool and hot tub did not seem clean, we did not want to use them.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with comfort suites The room was clean, staff was nice, kids had a blast and my wife was happy with the Entire experience

Get what you pay for.
Very friendly. The lobby was nice. The room definitely needed some attention. Clean, comfortable except not great pillow choices. One chair looked nice, but was borderline dangerous to lean back in. (Broken) Broken parts of tile on wall, and trim on furniture. Loose bathtub fixtures and with rusty drain. Got to expect less when you pay less. Would it have been worth $50/night more to stay somewhere else? Maybe.

My bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the variety of pillows. The AC was efficient. Nice large TV. Breakfast was great—it was nice to have proteins (eggs and sausage) along with the waffles, cereals, breads, and oatmeal. I also appreciated the coffee and ice water station near the front desk.

The male front desk clerk on August 2nd afternoon was rude and seemed high and confused. Couldn't speak up and said nothing, the cleaning ladies behind the desk had beer cans in the trash bags coming from the back and their scrubs were all dirty. In the rooms the sheets didnt smell clean.

Staff extremely welcoming. Bed, bedding, towels all clean and white. Carpet & bathroom would have benefited from a deep clean. For one night it was absolutely fine. We left early and it was nice that breakfast was ready at 6 am.
