Large Family Traveling
We are a family of seven, and the hotel room was very spacious! The staff was wonderful. Our room was cleaned with extra garbage bags given for us as we are such a large family. Plus, breakfast had something everyone can eat, and we have many allergies.

Check in: Carol checked us in. She was rude to begin with, but it became worse. The restroom in our room was dirty. I went down to report this to the front desk. I told Carol, I told her that it worried me, what if the linens weren't changed, Carol's response, "they are fine, besides you're stuck in that room because there are no available rooms to change you too". My first thought, I can spend my $$$ anywhere, you rude .so n so Second thought, housekeeping came up, cleaned the restroom, stripped the beds. Report the rudeenss. NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

It’s okay
The place is older and area immediately surrounding is run down. You have to drive to everything. The breakfast was not very good and the elevator was very scary as it makes a loud sound at the second floor. The beds were amazingly comfortable and we had a suite so plenty of room to move around and to put baby activity areas. The lobby is very basic and the floors were creaky so nothing to draw me back to it.

The ladies at the front desk were excellent! I had locked myself out of my room and they came to the rescue. The hotel facility over all was clean and in order as it should. The room we stayed in was in need of maintenance and upkeep. The bathroom tile had two pieces that were loose and pulled up with ease. The shower walls looked like it had been cleaned bout three of four visitors ago, scale build up that you could take your fingernail and scrape it off. The bathroom over all needed a thorough cleaning. The shower head nearly worked. The HVAC system needed work, the heat barely worked, the air output was horrible.

Don’t waste your money here
We arrived around 11 or midnight thinking we would have clean rooms. You could tell one of the rooms had been made to look like it was turned over but when I pulled back the sheets they were dirty and you could tell they were not replaced. I called for service there was no one to fix this so we have to pack up 4 kids and move both of our rooms. When we got into the new I checked everything again. It seemed fine until I started taking the blankets apart. There was a blood-like stain. It was replaced with a king size blanket as there were no queen blanket. I was told they don’t keep extras and she would try to help us make the bed because there was no housekeeping. Out of the 4 days we were there our room was cleaned one time. I had to constantly call and ask for that service which is crazy. I paid to be at a hotel so we wouldn’t have these problems. Besides moving rooms and giving us a new blanket, they never tried to make it right. Will not ever stay here again.

Lobby smelled like bleach or chlorine when I checked in. Receptionist was not welcoming. We stayed on the 3rd floor. As soon as we exited the elevator it smelled like urine in the carpet. We stayed in room 313. The air conditioner had mold!!! The beds were extremely comfortable, only good thing about the stay. We sadly missed the breakfast the next morning because no one told us that breakfast was from 6:00-10:00 only! We went to eat at 10:05. I couldn’t find any info on breakfast hours in my reservation confirmation or their website. Front desk should have told me upon check in. I will not ever return to stay at this hotel.

No privacy but everything else was great.
The only negative thing was that there was no curtain in our room. Only a shade which was see through from the parking lot. So we got dressed in the bathroom and kept the lights out. Everything else was wonderful. Pool, breakfast, check in, etc. Won't book again simply because we prefer our privacy. Thought it might be a fluke but read some other reviews after and noticed others have had the same experience. I would definitely add curtains to your rooms asap.
