Very accommodating. Our first room’s AC wasn’t blowing. Desk quickly moved us to a new room and made sure everything was in order. Good breakfast. Clean. Handy.

Nice on the outside but place is not the best looking. Lots of effort has been made to cover the age of the building. Very nice breakfast. Amazing staff and pool /hot tub was amazing.

Friendly and comfortable hotel stay.
Check-in and check-out was friendly and efficient. We had clean, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, room was quiet although located close to the elevator. The breakfast was well-stocked with standard hot and cold items. All staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. We no complaints at all.

Clean & friendly- great stay!
This hotel was better than most hotels on hotels com in this particular price range. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. One person in our party had an issue when checking in; this employee (I wish I had her name) took care of the problem easily and with a friendly attitude. The room & hotel in general was very clean. The beds were more comfortable than my own at home. Every staff person we encountered (house keeping, breakfast person, etc) was very pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate us. I highly recommend this Best Western of Littlefield 10/10 if you're in the area. We were there for a Texas Tech graduation.

Staff and hotel were fine. Special shout out to the desk clerk for working hard to help us. Hotels.com, you need to get your act together. I had a confirmed reservation but hotels.com kept rejecting it. Turns out this happened to 2 other customers before me. Not a good experience. Fix it.
