They were not only super friendly but also incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to cater to our needs and ensure our comfort. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Nice but not finished
Eager to know about the new Intercontinental in Luanda, I booked one night only. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, one of the nicest modern designs I’ve encountered, it was however quite empty, restaurants are not yet open (room service available), furniture in the top bar seems to be missing, swimming pool closed. I found it very unfair that they charge full price (which is a lot) for a hotel with no amenities. Quite disappointed.
