The property was beautiful. Staff greets you with a cool towel and a yummy welcome drink- very nice touch. I chose the room with a private swimming pool and it was absolutely gorgeoues! Lots of great restaurants to choose from, staff is super friendly and nice. I will definitely be back!

Stayed 5 nights 4 days check-in was a bit slow, but we were greeted with some champagne our room was ready the jitney driver Antwan took us to the back with our luggage he was so sweet he took his time to explain what was going on on the property from there went to our room on day 2 our room was cleaned which was not needed but we realized that if you don't put the privacy tag on the door the room service will be popping in lol over all the place was not too lovely i love the fact that they take care of the building and the outside every staff i came in contact with was really nice the front desk called to check on us to see if anything was needed or what can they do to better our stay the food was good i enjoyed energy bit of it last but not least the ATV tour is a must when on the French side the beach is beautiful and the people will be back soon

It was exactly what we wanted and needed for our honeymoon. The room service was on point, the meals at all the dining establishments were top notch. The adult side pools were perfect combo of fun and relaxation. We are already looking at booking another seven day stay next year.

We had a fantastic stay at Sonesta Ocean Point. The property was gorgeous and the food was all delicious and there was plenty to do. And the staff was very kind and attentive, always asking if there was anything we needed. If I were ever to return to St. Martin, I would definitely stay there again. The only 2 issues were not having any hot water one of the days and there were some tiny ants on the floor of our room, not hundreds but maybe a couple dozen real small ones. I just assumed that was part of the environment that you can't really get rid of in the tropics.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. The service was subpar from the moment I arrived. The staff was rude and unhelpful, making the check-in process unnecessarily stressful. It felt like customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. Additionally, I had booked an "Adults-Only" experience, expecting a more serene and relaxing atmosphere, but it seemed no different from a family-oriented hotel. Same restaurants and food. I had so many issues: AC stopped working in the middle of the night, only hot water in the shower,TV didn’t work well , safe not working …….

Staff need to be more friendly and informed. Most of the staff seemed tired and uninterested. There were definitely some staff that were genuinely nice and very helpful. But the overall service was not up to the mark. The property is beautiful and in a prime location. Food is average. Azul was the best of the lot. Nightly entertainment was ordinary. Pools are nice but swim up bars were an after thought. Overall it's a 4.5 for the property, but just about 3 for everything else.

Don't rent a Car, Transportation to & From the Airport is convenient & available & Cheap. Resort is amazing & the Rooms and Staff are top notch. Highly recommend the Spa Massage & a Swim Up Junior Suite or Above depending on your Budget. Too many Food Options to Mention, but Food was good to very good, some days better than others, but remember, the earlier you eat during their Hours ( I'm Talking about Buffet Style Food) the better the quality) The Order as you get their Food was above average for an All Inclusive... We were there during a Slow Period so even the 24 Hour Room Service was really prompt & good... All in All. A great place.. the Only down side I seen, is if you want a really nice Beach area and it's the thing your booking it for, the Beach is small and a large Gradient getting into & out of water... but the Pools are great and all have Drink service...Casino is Small comparatively speaking, but lots of Slots and the Normal Table Games... I would give it a 8 out of 10...
