Magdalena Grand Beach & Golf Resort offers 200 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature laptop-compatible safes and coffee/tea makers. The room I stayed in was quite dated and in need of some modernization. The overall facility also seemed to require updating to match the standards of a contemporary resort. On a positive note, the breakfast was satisfactory, offering a decent variety of options to start the day. However, the overall ambiance and amenities could benefit from a refresh to enhance the guest experience.

The resort is far from food and other things and you need a taxi or car. The resort should a variety of different foods since the resort has multiple restaurants. All the restaurants offer the same menu except Kalina. The property can use some updating. Cleanliness of house keeping can be better. The towels are very dingy. It’s a lot of the small things on this property that can be better. Overall nice but would not recommend to anyone coming from the us.

The property is beautiful however they need maintenance all around..the restaurant hours vary day by day schedule during my stay. They didn’t have the customer service skills, not friendly. Often you had to hunt after a personal. We love to revisit when service and building maintenance improves.

The housekeepers barely cleaned. I checked into my room, I took off my shoes and walked around for a second in my socks and my socks were black and full of hair. My stay at this hotel was very good and comfortable. The surroundings were beautiful and very clean. The rooms were well kept. However, I think a comforter should be placed on the beds as the sheets they currently have are too thin. Food was great. Overall an excellent stay!

My wife and I totally enjoyed our short stay at Magdalena Feb. 2024. The service was first class and the staff was very attentive. We particularly liked the transport around the facility with little golf carts. Special shout out to Kyron who drove us back and fort around the property and went the extra mile to ensure that we were comfortable; also special shout out to Diamond-Katie for her outstanding service at the pub.
