A luxury holiday home nestled on an elevated piece of property near the beach in Medveja, Villa Kaliterra will provide for a memorable holiday experience in Croatia. An infinity pool with unobstructed sprawling view of Kvarner Bay is just one of the breathtaking features defining this unique villa.

Villa Kaliterra has 3 stories and can accommodate 8 guests. There are 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with super comfy queen-size beds dressed in crisp white bedlinen. In addition to the 3 bedrooms in the main portion of the villa, there is a studio apartment with a separate entrance. The studio apartment is equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom and features a queen size bed.

Each of the bedrooms open up to either a balcony or terrace with the infinity pool. Each of the bathrooms have spacious walk-in showers. The master bedroom on the top floor has a bathtub integrated in the room.

The gourmet kitchen will delight any chef on holiday. Imagine preparing meals with fresh local produce while overlooking the pool and enjoying the blue sky above Kvarner Bay. An open-plan set-up between the kitchen, dining area and living room creates the perfect space for friends and family to gather and enjoy each other’s company. There are multiple dwelling areas between the indoor and outdoor allowing for privacy when necessary.

Beautiful place
Beautiful, plenty of space, and amazing views. Location is actually ideal for those who plan to do day trips in Istria. It's just the right distance from the hustle and bustle of Opatija. Do not miss eating at Konoba Kali which is a very short walk. Danka made our reservations and we ate there an additional night because it had wonderful food and owners!
