Welcome to this beautifully updated, fully furnished, comfortable first floor condo in the Lakeshore at Centerra community!
Our condo is located well off the main street providing a quiet, peaceful, calming retreat after a good day's work.
The patio overlooks a small pond and is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, or to unwind as the sun sets beyond the pond.
There are walking/biking trails that offer beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains and Long's Peak in Rocky Mountain National Park, as they circle the nearby lakes.
We love walking these trails in the evenings: such relaxing and inspiring beauty to look at!
We live nearby and can be of help whenever needed, with any issues or questions that you may have.
The fully equipped kitchen will allow cooking, baking and dining as you would in your own home.
The living room features a brand new 50" Smart TV, and the Master Bedroom includes a 32" TV and a Firestick in the hutch for your use.
The gas fireplace will be great to use when the weather outside turns cooler.
There is uncovered parking outside of the condo.
The location is uniquely ideal in proximity to I-25, Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, as well as many favorite restaurants and shopping options.
Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, JoAnn Fabrics, Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls, and many more are within walking distance.
Old Chicago, Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle, Chili's and so many more are also very close.
Loveland is a beautiful Front Range town located so close to the foothills, yet right off of I-25, which gives quick access to many great places to discover along the Front Range! You will be 45 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, 30 minutes from Horsetooth Reservoir with its beautiful views and trails to explore, 20 minutes from Devils Backbone and Bobcat Ridge Natural Areas with all of their beauty and trails!
Loveland offers so many restaurants and various shopping options that many choose Loveland as their preferred location when in the area.
