The Premier Centerra Parkway shopping center is less than half-a-mile away, Blue Arena (The Ranch) is one mile away, MCR (Medical Center of the Rockies) is 2 miles away and you'll be centrally located right off of the I25 and Highway 34 corridor whether you're looking to make a day trip to Estes or RMNP or if you'd like to venture 15 minutes north to Downtown Fort Collins. We encourage you walk over to The Hub in the mornings for a fresh cup of coffee and great mountain views and don't forget to go back and grab a beer or craft cocktail and enjoy the sunset from the most iconic NoCo patios around 1 of 3 fire pits. Nice home. Kitchen cabinets need knobs. Heavily perfumed upon entry. Unpluged the airfreshner and then fine. No hand towels in 1/2 bath. No bags in kitchen trash bins. Home close to I-25 - easy off and on
