The house is completely detached, surrounded by a spacious garden of 2800 m2 with a stream running through it. Here you can see the wild trout shoot away, but also a couple of ducks regularly visit. At any time of the day there is a sun or shade around the house on the wide terrace. Behind the house, on the edge of the stream, a cozy terrace has been created with a large fire pit that can also serve as a BBQ. Here the sun shines around the house at the end of the day to give the residents a last greeting ....
The house is divided into 2 floors. The ground floor is very spacious, light and with large tiles paved with marble structures and underfloor heating. Always cool in summer and pleasantly warm in winter. Also a front and rear entrance. On the right you will find the dining room with large fireplace and wood stove, extendable dining table and behind it the equally spacious kitchen with a wide counter top of almost 5 meters, underneath which a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and 4-burner gas stove and oven. Of course hot and cold running water and in addition, the original sink with only cold water has remained intact.

On the left side of the hallway a living room with a sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed. A workspace with tools, possibly space to dry and iron laundry. Further behind the entrance to the two bathrooms, each with a toilet and sink. One of the bathrooms has a spacious shower, the other a classic freestanding bath. Both bathrooms are covered with red / pink Portuguese marble.

Then a stone staircase to the upper floor with large hall and 4 spacious bedrooms and / or sitting rooms. The upstairs rooms are extremely atmospheric due to the original, wide oak floorboards combined with the warm colors that make each space - including the main hall - unique. The bright, spacious hall invites you to enter. The upper floor is also accessible via the large facade staircase at the front of the house.
To the left is the 'Chambre Noire', a room that justifies its color through the light from monumental windows. The furniture placed in this room is characterized by light and dark colors. In this black room a 2- and 1-person box spring bed. The room has two large patio doors to the front of the house (southwest), and a large window to the side (northwest side). The room is also equipped with a gas fireplace.
To the right of the main hall is the 'Chambre Rouge', a chic warm red anteroom with a classic wooden desk. Here you will find the pick-up with a collection of LPs from the 60s and 70s, where you can relax on a balmy summer evening by the late light of the setting sun. In the red room a double bed and in the closet an extra single folding bed. View to the southwest with two doors to the front and a gas fireplace.
Further back you will find the 'Chambre Bleue' and 'Chambre Jaune' respectively, the left furnished as a possible nursery in fresh blue with an antique French bed and a single bed, a window at the rear (northeast) and an electric decorative fireplace; the court as the most restful sand-yellow room, enclosed by the greenery of the garden and the soft babbling of the stream, which flows steadily ten meters further on. In this room the sun first 'invades' the house in the morning. Here a 2-person box-spring bed and windows on the east and south sides with a view of the garden and the stream.
Between the Chambre Noire and Chambre Bleue there is an almost completely preserved old-style intermediate room where the sink with hot and cold running water is located. Chambre Jaune and Chambre Rouge also have such an intermediate space with a view of the garden.
