Wished we stayed longer
We absolutely loved our stay at Best Western. The building didn’t look appealing from outside but the inside was beautifully decorated with chick furniture. Our room was one which was renovated - it was so comfortable and spacious. The location is also great - just across the train station and bus stop which services Lourdes. The sanctuary is about 1.5kms away. We were also given a late checkout for free. Overall a great hotel. Nothing to fault. Deserves to be upgraded to a 4star hotel.

About 15 minute walk to Lourdes Sanctuary, but across the street from train station. The room for family of 4 was a good size. We walked towards the grotto to eat because there were more options.

I picked this property solely on the basis that they had a heated outdoor pool. There was no communication in advance but when I arrived the pool was out of action for all 4 days of my stay and it was never mentioned when I checked in. Thoroughly unacceptable and I am going to request a refund

Nothing was unique except the desire to profit from a change in itinerary. We call Expedia on time to cancel the second day stay due to previous conflict. The hotel insisted that Expedia never called. We arrived the agreed upon first day at 2:35 pm and informed of our predicament. We staid that night, and had to pay for the 2nd night because "their" policy required us to pay for all the days initially reserved. BE CAREFUL!
