Staff and shuttle drivers were all top quality. Fun stuff to do in the lobby including pool table. Workout facility had many more options than anticipated.

Modern, quiet facility. No restaurants in vicinity but hotel shuttle will drive you there and back. Room was mostly clean. A bit of lint and hair on the floor. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is average.

Arrival checkin lady was very genuinely friendly. Checkout lady was more forced. Routine responces, not i love my job responces. Usually that wouldn't have been noticed except it was a sharp contrast to the rest of the amazing stay!!

Staff was fantastic. Room was great unfortunately I was on the ground floor & I found it to be noisy but could have just been that I was there at the same time the state fair was occurring. The fitness center didn’t have any work out mats so I had to lay on the floor which I’m not a fan of but it had a nice array of equipment & weights. Overall I’d definitely stay again I’d ask for a higher level room & bring my own work out mat.

Last time you get my money.
I’ve stayed there before and I won’t again. Front desk people were very nice but, that’s if they were there. They were always leaving to gather “things” other guests needed. Like myself, needed more pillows, 2 extremely mushy pillows is not enough for a king sized bed. Only 1 microwave in entire building, 1ice machine in entire building and after 2 nights, never had buckets for ice. I spoke to numerous guests who were very unhappy. The free breakfast was cold. Eggs and sausage were room temperature and the coffee tasted stale. 2 very small trash cans with no trash bags wasn’t easy to live with either. The bed was very hard and the shades didn’t block much light, up both mornings at 630 with the very bright sun and we were facing west. Sorry folks to beat u up so much but I spent very good money to be very let down. I won’t be staying at the tru brand any more. I’ve had much better amenities at cheaper motels. Quit being so cheap and put keurigs in the rooms. Even cheap motels do that for ya along with a microwave.
