Located in The Highlands; one of the most fun & safest areas in all of Louisville. You can walk to shops, restaurants, parks, bars, etc. Some are literally a stone's throw away. Best of all, the condos are secluded four blocks from Bardstown Road (an entertainment mecca) so you’ll be able to sleep without being awoken by the city’s 4AM night life! A perfect home base centrally located for touring local attractions or bourbon distilleries. Just mins to downtown, NuLu, expo center, I-65, & airport.

Each condo has 1728 sq feet of space and has it's own private entrance that can be assigned a different unique access code for entry. Both condos are just a few steps away from your reserved off-street parking spaces which is rare in this area!

Each condo's first floor has a very open space with the living room featuring a large flat screen television, dining room, half bathroom, and Sonos speaker system. Condo #1 includes a Peloton exercise bike and Condo #2 includes an arcade machine.

Each condo's upper level contains 2 bedrooms on opposite ends with laundry in the middle which makes it especially perfect for a group of couples or those traveling with kids. Every bedroom has access to their own full size bathroom and shower.

Each condo has their own large sectional couch and a 2nd sofa in the dining room.

100% of the cleaning fee goes towards hiring professional cleaning. I also provide high quality individual sized toiletries for sanitary purposes.

Plenty of entertainment found in each condo ranging from books, board games, Blu-Rays, PlayStation 4, X-Box, NES & SNES classic w/ 100+ games. Streaming services logged in ready for you to use are: Spectrum cable TV, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Prime Video, HBO Max, Showtime, Paramount+, Peacock Premium, YouTube, Apple Music, & SiriusXM. All TVs feature latest technology & can be mirrored from phone. Speakers with Alexa in every room for playing music, turning on Phillips Hue color lights, asking questions, etc. For peace of mind with your valuables, both condos have a 24/7 monitored alarm.

Sorry...NO PETS due to allergies & absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside the units. Any smoking urges can be fulfilled on your private patio, parking lot, or a walk around the lovely neighborhood.

Perfect location and stellar accommodations
Can't say enough great things about the property. Location is fantastic with a bar across the street, brewery next door, and other superb places within a 10 min walk. The place itself loaded with everything you need - full + well stocked kitchen, appliances, washer/dryer and multiple bathrooms. All areas were clean and the rooms and beds comfortable and spacious. Excellent communication with the property manager/owner Matt. Would not hesitate to return or recommend to anyone looking in Louisville for accommodations. Thank you Matt!

Perfect stay for couples trip
We were in Louisville for a couples trip. These 2 units were perfect! Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. The beds were so comfortable. The place was even bigger than we thought. Everyone raved about how fabulous it was. Probably the best we have ever stayed at. We loved that there was a brewery and dive bar basically across the street. We walked lots of places. The neighborhood felt safe. Matt did a great job with all the information he provides on his units as well as the area around you. The check in was very easy. Check out had very minimal items that were easy. The kitchen had what we needs plus lots of extras that were there if needed such as bathroom items and other items. Games for a fun night in. We had lots of lovers of the toilets!
