Everything was pretty much as expected, except for the fact that there were little bugs all around the nightstand and the bed. Did not see them until late in the evening, long after check-in, and was too busy the following day to file a complaint. I was literally only using the room for a place to sleep, and just the presence of the tiny critters led to problems with getting that sleep. Other than that, the property was awesome, and the staff was exceedingly friendly and polite!

So the AC was very difficult to work it wouldn’t kick on and then there was a huge gap in the door where the hinges were that light came through and you could see through it, didn’t make me feel to safe. Then there was a time when we were getting ready and packing that the housekeeper opened the door and check out wasn’t until 12. It was clean but when we checked in it didn’t feel welcoming by the front afternoon staff and I was told the pool was closed but yet there was people in there the next morning. Will definitely stay somewhere else.
